Laredo was shown on NBC from September 16, 1965 through April 21, 1967. It was the story of four Texas Rangers whose territory was the Mexican border near Laredo, Texas. The series ran two seasons which had a total of 56 episodes.

The pilot of Laredo was aired on The Virginian on April 25, 1965. Each episode ran for 45 minutes.

The Texas Rangers were played by Neville Brand (1920 - 1992) as Reese Bennett, William Smith (b. 1933) as Joe Riley, Peter Brown (b. 1935) as Chad Cooper, and Philip Carey (1925 - 2009) as Capt. Edward Parmalee.
